Process
We walk every floor with the GC and FF&E lead, document existing wallcovering, photograph wall conditions, and flag any plaster or moisture concerns.
For brand-standard properties we install a single-room mock-up for design and ownership approval before scaling to full-floor production.
Production runs in phased blocks — floor by floor or wing by wing — on overnight schedules so guest-occupied rooms are never disrupted.
Every morning the GC and your facilities lead receive a punch list and signed-off floor plan; nothing carries past 7 AM into guest hours.
